The Carlton Township Board of Review will meet in the Township Hall at 85 Welcome Road, Hastings, MI 49058 on Tuesday, March 7, at 10:30 am to receive and review the assessment roll.
Meetings to hear assessment appeals will be held:
- Tuesday, March 14, 2 – 5 pm and 6 – 9 pm
- Wednesday, March 15, 9 am – noon and 1 – 4 pm
Written appeals must be received before March 10, 2023. All appeals must include a completed Michigan form L-4035, “Petition to Board of Review.”
The tentative ratios and multipliers for each class of real property for 2023 are as follows:
